MMS LLC is a human development institute whose purpose is to develop, produce, and promote courses in personal development, empowerment, professional training, educational programs, and related product lines.
MMS Institute, LLC. is founded in 1974 by Cherie Carter-Scott Ph.D. who designed a series of Executive Business Coaching,Business Skills Training and Life Skill Coaching courses offered for personal growth and professional training.

Shortly after Dr. Carter-Scott founded the Institute, she was joined by her sister, Lynn U. Stewart, who after several years of service became president.
